Great posts, especially the one's by the people who know what they are talking about.
Of course there are very mixed emotions about this. Ricky Haton believes that a boxer should not be pushed. The boxer has to find it in himself to keep on training; however, countless numbers of people get motivated by someone and completely turn their life around because of it.
I can barely find something more fun and more worth while than training, but I seem to not do it.
One thing is that I have only eight moves and only three that I can practice as hard as I can.
But when I'm lifting it's a different story. At school it's extremely easy to work as hard as one can. Probably because of all the people and the loud music. At home it's a little different. there is still the satisfying burn but I only have so much weight so I have to do more reps of something not really hard, But that's not the point.

I've seen a motivational speeker once. I beleve it was someone from a basket ball in florida somewhere. He said " There are three kinds of people, those who just came out os a strom, those who are in a strom and those who are about to be in a storm." The fact is, it is inevitable that something will happen.

Another thing that might help is not just watching fights but loosing them.
On some MMA show I heard them say that one of the toughest match ups for a fighter is a fighter that just lost. This is because they will train much harder to not feell the feeling of loosing again.
