I got B-100 Complex from vitamins.com ..the one you mentioned sounds fine as well...costco prices are pretty reasonable...

PT cancelled

DT:
-130 jumping jacks(80,50)
-85 burpees(35, 25, 25)...i did the 35 in front of the class
-170 cha.sing rab.bits(mountain climbers)
....50 of them were with knees past elbows...apparently that's how we're supposed to do them all the time...but I suck at them..meh(70,50,50)
-150 hindu squats(75,25,50)
-25 push ups(95 for the day)
-35 sit ups(only managed crunches without having some1 hold my legs)
-25 v-ups(
-25 bicycle crunches
-10 Hit the deck+running in place with hands in the air in between
-forward rolls, break falls, bear crawls, forward jumps, hit the deck then sprint then backward peddle..

-was spent after all this stuff.....it's their way of getting us to think about what it will take 6 minutes of all out cardio...90 sec of 25 burpees, 25 chasing r.abbits, 90 sec of hitting heavy bag with baton all out, 90 sec of defending self from punches , 90 sec baton retention....for the class who just had it ...they said conditioning was even bigger factor than getting hit in the face with all the adrenaline...

-Learned new technique of subduing passive resistor with heel palm strike to the upper chest area near the shoulder and spinning person away and getting them with ahold of hand under their jaw and other arm under their elbow...cool technique...one guy missed today and got me on the jaw with the palm strike...funny stuff...
