Built the sandbag. Finally. Used a duffle with 4 25 lb smaller bags (Ross' method). Gonna move em to a different duffle though, the one I used was like SUPER heavy duty and shredded the shit out of my hands. Anyways,

Workout

Was going to be 25 rep roulette, but it was my first time and I was still figuring stuff out. Used 50 lbs in the sandbag. That said:

10 Rep Roulette (did this on the beach, never again. The sand moving all over and uneven ground made this nearly impossible. I could hardly get off the ground after my 4th burpee.)

100 lb farmers walk up 3 flights of stairs and some flat ground, about 100 yards total.

Then, 10 Rep Roulette on normal ground.



This pretty much fuckin killed me. The easiest part was the cleans, but doing lunges with the bag overhead was extremely difficult. My cardio is weak, so even though I COULD do it through the fatigue, my body really didn't want to. When I woke up my arms/shoulders were pretty exhausted. Everything else feels alright though. Oh and completing 25 rep roulette with a 100 lb sandbag is goin on midterm goals.

Beta Alanine should help with improving cardio fast, will probably be decent before I join UF. Oh and all we had at my house last night was chocolate milk, used about 3 cups with 5 scoops of muscle juice and a cup of frozen strawberries. I'm pretty sure I broke 2k cals.
