Are you quoting from the O'Reilly handbook or do you get his weekly emails? First off homeless vets are mentally ill because they were traumatized from a war that should have never taken place. Secondly since there was not enough proper care for these vets-this led them to become mentally ill, not vice-versa. And it is our job as a society to help these people, instead of being selfish or just defending an irrational point like Mr. O'Reilly.
