Well today I maxed out for the first time ever. I had started a push pull squat split last year, then stopped lifting for awhile. I started again in January with the bill star 5x5. I just ended it last week (I went a little bit longer then the program says). My goal is an 800 pound total, so my goal for bench was 205, squat, 275, and deadlift 325. Today I tested my bench and squat, thursday ill test my deadlift.

Bench: 215
Squat: 285

I know its not strong compared to alot of people here, but I'm pretty happy with hitting 285 for my squat. 300 isnt that far off. If I make my deadlift goal on thursday ill have an 825 total. I guess my next goal will be 900 pounds.
