Multi Vitamin
Vinnegar
Low Carb Intake
Weight Lifting
Running.

This Concoction will "Melt" the Fat right off. It worked for me, I went from a keg to a 6 pack in 6 months. I lost 15 lbs of utterly disgusting FAT.
