Thierry, how is your training for the fight with Nakamura?

Training is always difficult, especially with Pawel "Nightmare" Nastula. But I feel confident and healthy.

You are training with Paweł Nastula (we saw the pics on your home page!). Can you say something about him and yours training?

He's a monster... He beat me up everyday while he was here... I'm glad I'm not fighting him and being his friend !

Have you changed anything in your training comparing to your preparations for the fight with Machida?

Yeah, now I train smarter than harder... Learn to listen to my body and get lots of rest.

There is some pressure on you. Do you feel it? How do you deal with it?

I don't feel any pressure, just excitement. And I'm anxious to get in the cage and put
up a good fight.

Polish fans have always had the respect and support for you as a fighter, but now, because of Pawel, the support is getting more emotional. Would you like to say anything to them?

I would like to thank them for the support and I'm looking forward to my trip to Poland after my fight!!!
