I understand when people say they don't want the belt to be held up because of TUF, but I 100% agree with the TS here. The UFC's HW division is hurting in a bad way right now. There really are quite a few fights that need to happen so that the division can sort itself out. Not to mention the depth in the division is all but gone. Now would be a perfect time to try and bring in some new talent to shake things up a bit.
I personally think Nog and Mir would make great coaches on TUF. Does Mir deserve a title shot? Ehhh... Maybe not. But it is still a fight I'd like to see.
I think that the one thing the UFC needs to make sure of though if the do a HW TUF, is that they are truely getting HW's on the show. Look at the cast from the last HW TUF. Who's left from that fighting in the UFC? No one! They all either dropped down to LHW or couldn't hack it in the UFC.
