I guess I didn't explain it right. I am a very good sparring partner be it against people that could wipe the mat with my face or a brand new student. We always agree on the terms before hand and don’t loose my cool. I don’t have any issue with suppressing my anger and don’t retaliate out of anger.
Some may understand some may not. IMO there is another level of aggression well above what I am able to control at this point so I don’t let it out and that is what I want to learn to use appropriately.

You do know if you're not used to getting hit you generally think you are getting hit harder than they are hitting you? we all see this happening all the time, once someone gets hit alittle they start going all out on the other guy for no reason?
