Don't let these people get to you. Kalib was respectful to his opponent and the UFC in light of this situation, however I don't think Kalib is really respecting himself or the fans by giving excuses for his performance. Don't try and claim he's not giving excuses. A person who doesn't give excuses just says sorry, and that's it. It's cool that he's trying to set the record straight, but he's going about it in a weird way.

Of course though, no matter what he does, there will be some people that respect him for it and some that hate him for it.
