Now that said, it wasnt nearly as extensive at a BJJ class, obvoiusly, but they did roll a couple of times a month just to get the basics down. All in all it was more up-to-date for a TMA than I had seen before.

We actualy work a few days off and on every couple months and actually judo style throws are legal in our style if you can do them without getting hit.My sensei is a strong proponent of grappling though we like to use our grappling to set up strikes. Sort of a rudimentary gnp
