This is exactly the point. And when you don't fight, not today, not yesterday and not ever, you not only ain't the better fighter, you ain't any kind of fighter.
I've read the article and it's all speculation. I can't argue with any of it. Chuck Norris and many other reputable sources claim that *if* Bruce Lee had competed he could have been a champion. The fact is he didn't compete so we will never know.
Why does Bruce Lee among all mortals get credit for stuff he never did? Maybe if I had taken up table tennis or tiddlywinks at a young age I would have been the greatest ever. Nobody goes around saying "NinjaKill187 is the greatest Ping Pong Master eva!!!!", based upon what I might have done if I had chosen to do so.
You either did or you didn't, there is no coulda, shoudla, woulda. Lee didn't and people have been making excuses for him ever since.
