My purpose for these gloves was for light standup sparring and ground & pound training. These gloves would not meet those needs because my partner would get injured. These gloves are just too firm.
That said, if you intend on LIGHTLY punching and/or doing bag work, they feel like they would be a pretty decent glove. (Assuming the leather holds up)

How are they like with grappling though? Do you get a good grip? Any danger of your fingers slipping out of loops? What size did you get and could you use wraps and still get the glove to fit comfortably? I'm thinking of ordering these this week unless anyone can think of a more suitable option? Thanks in advance.
