Yeah, I have some creatine that I take daily, and I have some anhydrous caffeine but I haven't used it in a while. I started the BA bulk powder and CM together from the start 'cause I'm too lazy to see if there's a difference, lol.
I have used the Betasine before buying the bulks, and I did notice a bit of a difference but not much, and it made me really sick once (I don't fare too well taking pills). It's a lot to take in one sitting. I suspect that a good chunk of the vast improvement in performance with BA/CM combo has to do with easier absorption rate of the powder form alone. I haven't decided if I'll try it without the CM just to see the results individually since the flying solo on Betasine.
I'll try increasing my carb powder ratio and see if that helps. Thanks, Ian.
