Injuries plaque tons of athletes in all sports, especially the "contact" sports of today's era. I will not profess that I'm an EXPERT or MD or surgeon, but I have been in the sports medicine/athletic training/high performance training industry since 1988 and present. Athletes that I worked with, trained, consulted, and treated, are or retire from professional sports teams and international organizations. I do consider myself still today, as a "student of the industry" and keen to helping athletes who can not afford "care". Education, well I'm working towards my Doctorates plus numerous certifications. IF I CAN HELP, hit me up and I will do the best to assist, assess, and give a simple game plan to quick recovery to get back on the "mat"... Sorry, I will not offer diagnosis or give a prognosis and I don't have X-RAY EYES through the internet... yet...
