Kennedy and Burke shouldn't be in the main event for some time. You can't just jump ranks, people won't accept. You have to go rank to rank, level to level otherwise the workers get the overpushed backlash from the fans. Matt Hardy might make it up there, but the shouldn't be there now, which you're sort of suggesting. Jeff has had 2 chances to get elevated and both times his own problems have set him back. You can't anyone but himself for that one. Shelton you could make a case for.
