Maxed my big 3 for my upcoming routine
165lbs Bodyweight
Bench 245lbs, tried 250 and got it halfway :-(
Squat 250lbs, haven't squatted for long and I know its trash and I hate myself for it...
Deadlift 320lbs could have done more but it would have compromised my form so I stopped...
