Warm-ups with light squats and stretching...
1x20 squat with 130lbs then 1x20 pullovers
then the 3 circuits of pullups(averaged about 11), dips(averaged about 15), decline situps with no plate since my abs are pretty swore from yesterdays training(averaged about 25)...
-I can tell that as I keep increasing the squat weight it is going to get MUCH harder here soon so hopefully I can keep up with the +5lbs increases...
