ok, so tonite i made a prety good wrap..
- 1 whole weat 98%fat free tortilla/wrap
- Couple pieces of cooked skinless Chicken Breast cut in strips
- Buffalo wing sauce to taste..
- small drizzle of Low fat Ranch dressing (I use Kens)
- Just a lil bitt of low fat mozzarella or pepperjack cheese. (optional)
- Good handfull of Salad or Lettuce...
Wrap it up and eat, or Doo like me and grill the sumbiutxhes in the forman grill for a quick min.. It came out great for me...with a nice cold glass of lemonade after training.
and i got sum strips marinating in buffalo marinade and lemon herbb for tommorow...yea bOY!
