March 17, 2008:
Warmed up with some stretches and light cleans
1x20 squat with 125lbs then 1x20 pull overs right after
then the 3 circuits of pullups(averaged about 11), dips(averaged about 16), decline situps+25lbs (averaged about 20)...
-About puked after workout because I busted my freaking balls pushing myself tonight on the lifting... anyways it was worth it because my pullups increased and my dips made a HUGE increase since last session... feeling pretty good now :-)
Edit: doing some neck bridges and neck curls tonight
