ohh just remember my breakfast omellete...
-3 eggs/ I use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites..
-about 1/4 of a green bell pepper diced
-Diced tomato equal to bell pepper
-Small spponfull of finely diced Onion
-Sprinkle of Mr.Dash seasoning.
-1 Slice of Fat Free cut in half - American Cheese (optional)
Quickly saute veggies in pan coated lightly with olive oil..or pam whatever.
Beat the veggies with eggs for a couple sec...pour into pan and make omlette..
After completing the omlete,u can place the cheese piece in the omleete and fold it over..
i usually eat this with grilled Turkey sausage or some of those vegetarian meatless breakfast sausage..and a protein shake.. and maybe a piece of whole weat toast..lol good stuff.
