Not sure if anyones opsted this...
good snack after workout, or when watchin a movie...grab a bowl..
-Couple spoonfulls of Non-fat Vanilla Yoguhrt
-1/2 cup of granola cluster with almonds (i like organic)
-5 frozen strawberries/blueberry..or freshh...i preffer them cold and organic lol
-1/2 scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein..(optional)
mix toghether and bam delicious snack that wont give u a guilt trip afterwards..
