t'was about 8-9pm-ish when I posted that. I work the night shifts at work which means the boys always get chinese or pizza for dinner.
There was no milk and we were so busy so I had nothing else to eat but a slice of pizza.
Finished off my salad and chicken when I got home.
Trans fats - 1, Foz - 0. Today.

you dont realise when you eat so clean but you just feel like physically yuck after eating something so greasy after being on a clean diet for so long. surprising I still feel weird now that I am home.
