i took BA once at 4g which just ruined me...mad tingles and itchyness combined with nausea for like 2+ hours (i'm a junior or reg lightweight btw...i forget the exact class!).
Another time i took 1g at a time...but after the first gram i felt the same way...only for less time and less severe.
I've been holding off on it to A) fine-tune my diet and lifting routine B) get a capsule maker (i've been traumatized by something similar tasting to BA and gatorade and the taste just kills me)
i think i could handle a sip every couple hours though.

That is a very good point. In my first few days of BA usage, I noticed I would get bad tingles and mild nausea if I hadn't eaten anything before I had taken a sip of WATER + BA. Like today, I was late to my first morning class and didn't have any food to eat... and still haven't eaten anything therefore I am delaying my first few sips until I can eat something.
So yes, Carbs + BA = good.
BA + nothing = Bad. Nausea, parathesia.
Going through my BA quicker than I predicted,
