Thethirddiaz- It was definitely a typo, thanks for catching it. I meant bar*15. Too quick on the 10-key.
DB pullovers are one of Ryan Kennelly's staple moves. Start on your back on a bench with the DB's over your shoulders in a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Your head will need to be a little off the bench. Let the elbows "break" and allow the weights to drop in a straight line toward the ground. You'll end up at the bottom position with your elbows by your ears and the DB's not quite touching the ground.
Start the ascent as soon as you've almost reached a full stretch. Think of driving the elbows up quickly, and from the momentum they apply to the DB's, throw the DB's toward the ceiling to lock your arms back out.
The mistake most people make is to let the weights drift away from them on the way down, instead of straight down.
God that was a wordy explanation. I'll try to film it tomorrow so you can see it.

I think I get what you were saying, that description makes sense to me, just someone else beat me to asking how you did them.
Thanks for the valuable input on the board so far, hope you keep making them videos for me to keep me feeling pathetically weak =)
