I am going to put my daily commenting on hiatus for a while.
Writing each day is becoming monotonous to me. (but I am still going to be working out)
I will still post once a week or so, just to check in and see how I am doing.

A note about the things I have learned from starting and daily commenting in a log:
1) My workout needed to be more focused on boxing, then strength endurance and then overall strength.
2) My workout needed more variety. I cannot be stuck on just one or two types of workouts.
3) I need to switch from upper body one day, to the lower body the next. (so my elbow will not burn out)
4) With the time/effort/money/desire I have to devote to working out, I will not be anything more than just a guy who likes to workout and is learning to box. (and I am fine with that)
