Some recipies i've printed off thanks for sharing everyone.
I have a couple of items here that I enjoy infrequently and are veriations of what other people posted:
Less Guilty Chicken strips:
chicken breast
Egg
crushed corn flakes
Make chicken into strip sized peices dip in whipped egg and coat in crushed corn flakes. bake for 10 minutes-ish. don't make them into nugget size or else the dry out.
same Idea for a chicken parmasian:
Chicken breast dip in egg, coat in italian bread crumbs. bake until done (can be done with some low fat mozza and pasta sauce on top or on its own). This goes well with the sauteed spinich recipe someone posted earlier.
The Italian breadrumbs are awesome. a can of them is just a couple dollars and I've made the parmasian many times now and have plenty left. I've been told that they are good to mix into burgers and meat balls but have yet to try... I've been told to keep them in the freezer or else they go bad.
Another thing to try is all natural Peanut Butter on your rice. I got this from a running magazine. It's freaky sounding but really good, and adds protien and healthy fats on your plate!
