Eskrima contains sword, knife, stick, empty hand, long weapons (staff), flexible weapons (whip), projectiles and throwing weapons. The empty hand portion contains Panatukan which is Filipino Boxing. Panatukan basics are the precursor to modern boxing but most of its techniques are considered "dirty boxing". Eskrima also contains dumog which is filipino wrestling. It contains many locks, breaks, takedowns, and submissions.

yes i second that comment about eskcrima being most complete martial art i started JKD 2 years ago and when i went to 1st class i dident relealise that the class was half JKD then half escrima. Some of the weapon stuff is amazing i love the filipimo hand to hand stuff ( as demonstrated by matt damon in final bourne film)
