Well there is no way in hell that i am not contributing to this great thread. so the company is called Proflowers.com
and the process is very simple. you go ahead and buy whatever ridiculously exspensive product you want. such as steaks/cakes/cookies/brownies/hand dipped strawberrys/flowers.... all very overpriced.
anywho all you have to do is call in and say that your stuff was bad and you want a FULL REFUND + REPLACEMENT of the item. it is the most basic of our training to give a full refund and replacement right when asked for it. and all their shit is really good. even have organic fruits and nuts.
