If you have trouble with protein powder + gas, bloat, diarrhea, etc.

Buy an Isolate powder. Spend a few extra dollar per pound and get a powder that is easier on your system. How healthy do you think it is to drink a shake then shit for the next 2 hours.

If you want to slow the absorption, add in some good fats, or some complex carbs.

99.9% of weight gainers are crap. You can make your own homemade high calorie shake for less money and higher quality.
