Not bad, I would advise against the pull up machine though. I would get a band and put your feet or knees in that and throw it over the bar. I couldn't do a BW pull up a few months ago, and without really concentrating on them too heavily, I can bang out 8 or so dead hang chins/pull ups, and I credit that to the bands really. See if you can get a band.
