No, he can smell money. HDNET fights is not even close to being able to compete with the UFC. The Randy/Fedor fight will bring him a nice payday and garner him some more fans of his promotion, but it is naive to think that it will do any kind of real damage to the UFC especially if Randy retires right after the fight.
Best case scenario for Cuban is that Fedor walks through Randy, thus bringing more US fans on board the HDNET/M1 bandwagon.
