Suggestion on dose of fish oils?
Hey guys, i just got back from holland and barrets with the 'naturally inspired SUPER EPA fish oil concentrate' (read FAQ not to take cond liver oil. Each pill contains:
1000mg fish oil
300mg EPA
200mg DHA
I need help on how much i should be taking? on the bottle says do not exceed reccomended dose (1-3 a day) but i have seen people taking around 7?!
While i was there, i asked for green plus but cudnt find any, anyone from UK know a product similar to green +?
