Remember all those "cleanse" threads that popped up a year ago?
All the sites selling cleanses that made you poop ancient rope-looking shits that were supposedly stuck in the bowel.
The idea of waste suck in the body having only negative effects sucks with possible parasites and disease and the fact that flushing it would be cutting useless weight off a fighter.
Did we sum all that "crap" up with out collective opinion? I think that if it was so good, it would be uber-popular and we'd know well about it.
