Right I rolled and sparred (light ) stand up and clinching and grappling with the KOs on Sunday with another guy I teach and we both normally use Fairtex training gloves(as shown in the first page). On Sunday we both used the KOs to see how they felt over a nice long session of about 2 hours. There were no problems for either of us,clinching and pummeling for underhooks went fine, the gloves did not tie up to any great extent. With light to medium stand up (hands and legs too) they were fine, neither of us got injured from a light tap or anything stupid like that. When rolling upon the floor they also felt fine, they stayed in place well enough and did not need to be adjusted every 20 seconds.
At the end of the session I asked the other guy(Hi Andy....*waves*) what he thought and he just looked down at his hands in kinda surprise and went "Oh yeah they felt fine,I forgot I wasn't wearing my normal gloves."That says a lot about how these feel on almost straight away!He did not experience any problems with the wrist support either,he said they flt comfy on,happy with the fit and straps and the support offered. And that is quite a glowing referece from this guy as he tends to injure himself badly and go "Yea it stings a bit."Whereas I'd be screaming like a bitch. He tends to a master of understatement.
I have done a little bit of padwork but not enough to give them an exhaustive review yet regards them for that kind of impact work yet.Sorry.
