Also depends on who you get it from. Overstating, what I got looks like modified Muay Thai in terms of the kickboxing aspect. All the usual strikes and kicks, but with some other tools added, some of the defensive ideas are modified. As Halls pointed out, there's a lot of "dirty boxing" looking ideas. Like Draco noted too- you'll probably get some limb attacks or "destructions". There's ideas from all ranges, that include clinch work, "foul tactics", trips, locks/throws, some ground work.

The footwork is also emphasized. What I got is so blended with JKD, it's tough to know where the lines are drawn between the two. Of course that's true for a lot of things. There's also a lot of work dealing with timing/distance, ranges and such.

I also got a lot of work on interceptions, counterattacks and such. The details of those are too much for a post, but there's kick and strike based interceptions (among other things), time hitting (also known as "sectoring" in some circles), and "energy drills" for sensitivity training and other tools.

Am probably leaving out a couple things and there's certainly more details underneath a lot of the language, but it's better to see and feel it in person.

Who you going to be training with?
