Ziggity, you pull off to your left side a *lot*, and when the weight gets heavier it's gonna really hurt your back. If you're pulling sumo you need to get your ass down and fire with your glutes 1st, not stand up and then pull with your back. You can see that you do this by how your body rises up in the beginning, but the bar goes nowhere.
Getting your ass and hammies in this pull will make 445 a lot prettier. Focus on keeping that same upper body position until it's time to lock out at the top.
