Decided to use this new 5x5 I'm starting as an oppurtunity to fix some of the cheats that have been creeping into my lifts. Made sure all military presses touch the clavicle. Made sure that all pullups go all the way down to completely hanging and stopped flailing my legs like a moron to get those last reps.

Friday 2/1/08:

Military: 30x10, 45x5, 95x5, 105x5
Deadlift: 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x3
Pullups: BWx6. BWx7, BW+10x5, BW+25x3
Front Squats: 45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x2 PR
Situps: BWx50
Ran for 10 minutes leisurely pace.

5RMs for new 5x5:
Military: 105
Deadlift: 205
Pullups: BW+10
