How do you perform one properly?

Thanks guys
If you know how what your doing it can be very deadly.

It can be used on fresh opponents. I usually use after a combination or if my opponent attempts a takedown or gets over;y agressive.

It's fairly easy to get out if you know what your doing. But if the person applying it has proper technique you may as well make peace with God.

Both hands at the bottom of the skull where it rounds off. Never interlock your fingers. One hand over the other. Keep your elbows in tight, pull down on the head and let the knees go.
