  • DE Bench (7x3x185; 30sec. rest)
  • Pullups (6xbw, 2x25, 2x25)
  • Barbell Turkish Getup (1/1x45, 45, 45, 65, 55)

Finisher: 1k Row in 3:19.. 4sec. PR

Notes: 1st 1RM I've ever done for Front Squat.. gonna work for a bit then go for 300. Should've rowed faster, but I burned out about halfway through and then upped it to PR the row.
