I think Penn's going to suprise/frustrate Sherk with how well he stuffs his takedowns and then punish him with his hands for the effort. Penn's takedown defense is much better than Florian and Franca's and he's also a much better striker technically than Franca. This is going to help keep Sherk on the outside. Sherk has to jump into his strikes because of his little arms and THEN shoot. For that reason Penn's boxing is going to create a lot of problems for him, not to mention Penn will be practicing his sprawl like never before. And trust this, Penn's takedown defense is better at 155 than it is at 170 - he's quicker, more flexible and he has better balance and control. People need to stop assuming that Sherk is going to put Penn on his back easily. It's going to be very difficult, especially in the earlier rounds.

Sherk is well aware of BJ's TDD, he mentioned it a lot while commenting on this fight.
He also said Penn has very quick and heavy hands, so I think the stand up with be a factor in this fight.
Penn will win the stand up easily, tagging Sherk; Sherk will get frustrated as hell and try taking down BJ.
BJ will then allow the fight on the ground, and submit Sherk off of his back.
