i pick sherk to win, he proved his bjj defense againts florian and franca, penn has a better ground game, but not light years ahead of francas.
penn was too tired in the stevenson fight (to fight sherk).
sherk looked like he just got out of the shower after he fought franca
plus penn is too emotional, if plan A doesnt work, he goes downhill. i think sherk will work and work and make bj eats shots during his submission attempts, and he'll gas.
