Skip Rope
Pushups
Squats
Worked the heavy bag

1 Round:
Jab, cross, hook, low kick
Round:
Jab, Jab, Cross, hook, low kick, right knee
round:
Jab, Jab, Cross, hook, low kick, right knee, switchkick
Round:
Jab, Cross, hook, right knee, left knee
I know we did another long combo round in there too
I struggle on the longer combos forgetting what to do...basically still working on form anyway
2 rounds
Alternate 30s of switchknees on the bag and squats with 10lb medicine ball
Finish with 300 crunches with 12lb medicine ball
