He wrestled at a much heavier weight in the army (211 lbs) compared to college, so you have to assume he was walking around at 220+ pounds at that time. He's was billed at 273 in the WWE, which means he's probably somewhere between 250 and 260 in reality. The 20-30 pounds he gained for the WWE certainly doesn't mean he's roiding, although I don't know what the details of his past "wellness" issue was in the past, other than it had something to do with elevated liver enzyme levels.
There is an article in the SUN (UK) that states Lashley has been training for a potential career in MMA, but would not enter the UFC.
