Do you mean ditch the bagel and the sandwich bread? I weigh 200lb right now and would like to get down to 185 or so.

Also it seems everyone talks about chicken breasts a lot but what about other parts of the chicken. Sometimes I like to cook an entire chicken so I'll have leftovers for a few days. Is it only worthwhile eating the breasts?
