Possible Diet
Hi all,
My goal is lose about 15 pounds and my BJJ class isn't doing it by itself so I'm going to try changing my diet. I did read the FAQ and just wanted to run a possible daily diet past the experts to see if it will work.
My ideas:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs + toasted bagel
Lunch: ham, cheese and tomato sandwich on whole wheat / whole grain bread + banana
Dinner: Ground turkey + steamed broccoli and potatoes + salad (olive oil and vinegar dressing)
Snacks: raw walnuts and/or almonds
I also try to drink lots of water, I normally have soy milk with dinner and I've started taking a multivitamin (one a day Men's Health).
Does anyone have any suggestions about this? I want to eat healthy but I also like very simple easy to make meals.
