Got in 3 chins this morning. I was running late again so I got nothing else done.

I am also going to start tracking my eating too.
This morning:
- Protein Shake. (1 scoop of 100% whey, shot of vinegar, scoop of oats, and a cup of yogurt)
- just ate a handful of cherries
