You need more protein, whether it be through whole foods like chicken breast, or through a supplement. Slow digesting protein like casein helps me feel fuller, longer. Eat more veggies too. The PB&J is definitely not necessary and could be replaced with lean protein and veggie. Also, depending on your workout, maybe eat the potato/rice/etc earlier in the day rather than for your last meal.
