it's usually one or 2 things that prevent people from dropping wieght even when eating healthy. Either you are eating too much or not enough, from the looks of it your not eating enough and I would drop the PB&J for some meat and veggies at lunch and make sure your drinking alot of water and make sure your not eating too many potatoes or rice at supper, and don't eat after 8pm.

These are just a few things that help me when I'm cutting down
