Cardio day:
100 sledgehammer strikes
3x5 on the sandbag
For the sandbag, one rep was:
- picking up the sandbag and hoisting it onto my shoulder
-going up the steps in my house
-switching the sandbag to a bear hug hold or to the other shoulder
- going back down the stairs
- dropping the sandbag on the floor.
I was surprised how weak my legs felt after doing this.
